Holistic healing is best accomplished with a community of like-minded individuals who support each other in various ways. Science has proven the value of a social network in which people feel a sense of belonging and mutual support. Here I am beginning to compile a list of associated practitioners who I trust and believe have valuable services to offer.

Dr. Douillard is a world renowned teacher and practitioner of Ayurveda. He runs a successful clinic and an online herbal shop and posts well-written educational articles about scientific research into Ayurvedic medicine on his website. I generally find his writing to be very clear, up to date, well-researched, well-referenced and easy to comprehend.

Allison Smith Sachs, Certified Ayurvedic Practitioner, offers wonderful guided cleanses and other educational group trainings to assist people with their health and life goals. I have personally participated in a couple cleanses with her and found her programs to be very easy to follow and from which I gained many benefits, including permanently losing the 15 post menopausal pounds I had gained over several years. Highly recommend!
